Cheque Payments
Debit / Credit Card or PayPal Payments
Add your items to the shopping basket, you will be guided through placing your order by Paypal. You do not have to be a registered PayPal user to pay this way, just select to pay by credit/debit card.
We aim to dispatch orders within 3 working days on receipt of full payment. However, commissioned pieces will take longer depending on their complexity.
Payment methods are as follows:
• Credit / Debit Cards or through your PayPal account.
• Cheques - all cheques made payable to Janet Dwyer and posted to Violet Cottage, Llangammarch Wells, Powys, LD4 4EE (If paying by cheque pleasure use the mail order form)
ALL International payments via Paypal please.
Please note that no items will be posted until full payment has been received.
All items will be posted 1st class Recorded Delivery via Royal mail.

Returns Policy
If you are not completely happy with your order, for whatever reason, you may return it within 7 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange, less deductions for postage and packaging. Please take special note that due to hygiene reasons earrings cannot be returned, unless faulty. Please contact us if you are returning your order by email to jand@fsmail.net, we reserve the right to reject an order if we suspect that a customer is taking advantage of our returns policy.
Commissioned items are excluded from the above returns policy, unless faulty.
