How To Order
Orders can be placed direct via the website.
Debit / Credit Card with PayPal Payments
Just add the item to your basket and you will be guided through placing your order using Paypal. You do not have to be a registered PayPal user to pay this way, just select to check out as a guest by credit/debit card.
We aim to dispatch orders within 3 working days on receipt of full payment. However, commissioned pieces will take longer depending on their complexity.
Postage Charges:
Please note that no items will be posted until full payment has been received.
UK: P&P charge as applicable will be stated on the item and added to your order at checkout
For deliveries outside the UK please contact me before placing your order
All items will be posted via Royal Mail
Returns Policy
If you are not completely happy with your order, for whatever reason, you may return it within 7 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange, less deductions for postage and packaging. Please take special note that due to hygiene reasons earrings cannot be returned, unless faulty.
Please contact us before returning your order by email to jandwyer95@gmail.com, we reserve the right to reject an order if we suspect that a customer is taking advantage of our returns policy and no refund will be issued until the item is received by us.
Earrings and commissioned items are excluded from the above returns policy, unless faulty.
